NAMI Louisiana offers free, peer-led NAMI Connection support groups to any adult living with mental illness. It is a recovery support group led by trained mentors who are personally experienced at recovery and living well with mental illness. Participants learn from each others' experiences, share coping strategies, and offer encouragement and understanding. You may learn of new resources and gain knowledge and confidence in dealing with your mental illness.

NAMI "Homefront"

Join us for this free, 90-minute public education webinar. NAMI Homefront is an evidence-based program designed to address the unique needs of family, caregivers, and friends of active duty military service members and veterans experiencing post-traumatic stress (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), and other mental health conditions. 1.5 Continuing Education (CE) credits are available for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW).
